## Importance of a full feature set

### Security

No user limit - each user has a private user name and PIN - activities and sales are tracked by user

### Pricing, discounts and price bands

Users can update prices by set pricing policies, open discounting by amount or percentage for a single line or all lines simultaneously

### Item search and scanning

Where ever possible a user would scan the item's barcode - products without a barcode can be located by typing a few letters of the description into the scan box or by searching using any part or the description

### Lay away sales

If the till is busy and a user is working on a long invoice another user may overtake them, conduct their sale and when the first user logs in their sale is available to recall.

### Email receipts and invoices

Directly email receipts, save paper costs and improve productivity.

### Quotations

Quotations are constructed in the EPOS screen, quantities and prices are recorded - simply click quotation and email direct to the customer.

### Cash only or cash and card

For stores that accept cash, cards and other payment types, SalesStream supports any number of payment types - also a direct to card mode for cash free stores.

### Credit notes

SalesStream will generate credit notes and also provides redemption - subject to validity period.

### Credit accounts

Allowing regular customers credit facilities is a proven way to win business. Credit limit management, statements and liver balances all available.

### Daily takings breakdown (Z Reads)

Daily takings breakdown (Z Reads) detail the mix of payment types taken and the totals of each. VAT is displayed by VAT rate.

### Labelling items

For items that require a barcode label SalesStream integrates with Zebra label printers and can print sticky labels or shelf edge tickets

### Mini printers and cash drawers

SalesStream integrates with Epson receipt printers either USB or network connected. Optionally a cash drawer can be attached that opens automatically as the sale concludes.

### WooCommerce integration

Use WooCommerce the World's largest free to use Ecommerce platform - SalesStream manages stock levels, reservations and sales importation.
