You will be asked if you would like to ‘Save’ or ‘Run’ TeamViewer please click ‘Run

You will then be asked if you will accept our ‘Terms & Conditions’ (basically you agreeing that we can connect/dial-in to your PC), please do so.

Finally you will see a 9 digit TeamViewer Code onscreen, which should look something like ‘654-947-263’, please email this to your Support Agent/Concierge or read it out over the phone.
