It is really simple to take a Deposit and Manage Deposits on Web EPOS.
First of all Search for an Existing Customer or Create a New Customer by clicking the ‘Customer’ button.
Click ‘Select’ on the Relevant Customer and scroll down to the following:
Click ‘Make a payment to an account’ and you will see the following:
Enter the Deposit amount (in this example 50.00) and click ‘Collect’. This will add the Deposit to the basked (see below) and then you simply take Payment via the relevant method – Card, Cash, BACs etc.
You can then use this Deposit to pay off a full or partial Sale by clicking ‘Charge to Account’.
